Real Estate Continuing Education Course: (6 hours, continuing education)
PLN will charge host $40 for students number 1-50; $35 for students number 51-75; $30 for students number 76-100; and $25 for students number 101 and up. (Minimum charge is $2,000)
$15 per person to just attend 2 hour legal as part of the 6 hour course.
$20 per person to just attend Code of Ethics as part of the 6 hour course.
Legal Update 1 Hour: (1 hour, continuing education) $800 flat
Legal Update 2 Hours: (2 hours, continuing education) $1,000 flat
Legal Update 3 Hours: (3 hours, continuing education) $1,250 flat

Approved National Association of REALTORS outline for credit toward quadrennial requirement.
Accredited Buyer Representative Course: (12 hours, approved for continuing education)
$210 per student (Minimum charge of $3,150 for this course.)
ABR is a two-day course focusing on the buyer-client relationships. This course will give the students information on Agency Relationships, Conflict, and Disclosures; Working with Buyers, Services Provided; Researching Properties; Conflicts of Interest; Building the Buyer Rep Business; Presenting
Yourself to the Buyer; Negotiating; and More!!!
Completion of this course allows students the opportunity to receive the ABR designation and completes the six-hour Michigan continuing education requirement. New REBAC requirements to get ABR designation: Students must complete the 12-hour ABR course, plus one six-hour elective course
approved by REBAC.
Elective REBAC Courses:
$95 per student (Minimum charge of $1,425 for this course.)
The different courses that can be taken as an elective include:

-- Resort & Second Home Markets (15 hours, approved for con ed or broker credit)
-- New Home Sales; and -- Real Estate Professional Assistant.
These courses can be offered separately from or as a third day with the two-day ABR course.
Agent Business Planning: (6 hours, approved for continuing education)
$60 per student (Minimum charge of $900 for this course.)
This is an interactive six-hour course that walks agents through the process of setting up their annual business plan. Each agent will set specific goals for themselves with regards to volume, units sold and other individual business goals.
